Terms & Conditions
All puppies and dogs are microchipped, vaccinated(C3), wormed and Vet checked before leaving to go to their NEW home.. They are ready for their new homes at approx 8-10 weeks old. Each pup is Vet checked and socialised to intergrate into your loving home. Puppies are toilet trained to go on grass and also paper trained. They are ready to be cuddled and loved by their new family. Puppies are fed on a Grain Free diet and are trained with treats.
DEPOSITS are taken to secure your pup chosen ( Deposits are non-refundable ). Once Deposit is taken puppy will be called by the name you have opted to give on your Adoption form. If you have not decided yet, it is OK, we will just call him/her puppy.
FULL payment must be paid 7 days before delivery of your NEW puppy.
* ALL Puppies have a 7 day Return Policy (from date of arrival to you). If you change your mind about your puppy you can return her/him (in same condition as given to you) to us to be rehomed. In this case you will forfeit your Deposit of $500 and be refunded the rest of the purchase price. Our guarantee to you that you will LOVE your NEW puppy.
I reserve the right to withdraw a puppy from sale at any stage or change the price of a puppy offered for sale at any time before a deposit has been paid.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
We require every enquiry to be aware of Cavoodle Puppies Australia Terms and Conditions before they commit to being a potential new owner of a TOY Cavoodle. The following policies are in place and must be acknowledged and accepted before you are able to adopt a Toy Cavoodle from us.
Section 1
1.0
We are in accordance with New South Wales Government Industry & Investment Animal Welfare Code of Practice of Breeding Dogs and Cats, section 9.1.2.11, pg 26.
As quoted in the Code of Practice:
'Dogs or cats should not be sold to inappropriate purchasers.'
1.1
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any puppy to any person for whatever reason, if the party that has been refused has already made payment, a refund will be made immediately, less Credit Card Surcharge fee of 5% (if applicable) and an administration fee of $50.
1.2
Once payment has been placed upon a puppy, $500 is non-refundable for purchases within Australia and $2500 plus the flight cost for international purchases, there is no exceptions of circumstance, nor is the time period from the placement of payment to notification of cancellation of sale relevant. This clause is made redundant if statement 1.1 occurs.
Our $500 fee for domestic and $2500 fee plus flight is required in the event that the purchasing party discontinue the adoption of a puppy(s) the fee is then used to cover the expenses that occur from the rejection of sale.
1.3
We do not in any form hold puppies until a written statement (email) is sent to us confirming that they wish to purchase a specific puppy and a deposit has been made - ; after this time if payment has not been received, your puppy will no longer be on hold and be available to others to purchase.
1.4
Once payment has been placed upon a puppy it is non-transferrable - this is in the instance that you are no longer wanting the puppy you have chosen (before receiving the puppy) and are wishing to change to a different puppy that is available. This is permitted, however, the amount of $500 for domestic purchases and $2500 for international purchases, will be lost and not be retractable from the alternative puppy's purchase price. Please note: completing this action may cause a revision by us of your acceptability of adopting a puppy and may result in a rejection. In the instance of a rejection clause 1.1. is in place.
1.5
When the collection details for your puppy are sent to the purchaser, the purchaser is required to confirm that their puppy will be collected to take to the new owner's dwelling. If the purchaser does not confirm that their puppy will be collected 7 days prior to the designated arrival and makes no attempt to make contact in regards to the collection - this action is representative that the purchaser no longer wishes to purchase the puppy and all rights and $500 will be forfeited for a domestic purchase and $2500 plus the flight cost for a international purchase.
1.6
We are in accordance with New South Wales Government Industry & Investment Animal Welfare Code of Practice of Breeding Dogs and Cats in section 9.1.1.3, pg 24:
As quote in the Code of Practice:
'No dog or puppy, cat or kitten may be sold unless vaccinated in compliance with the requirements of Section 8.2 of this Code.'
Every cavoodle that leaves our home is vaccinated (C3) and vet checked, this is displayed on each webpage advertising the puppy (or puppies), it is your responsibility to be aware of these additional, beneficial features that we provide with each puppy.
1.7
We are in accordance with New South Wales Government Industry & Investment Animal Welfare Code of Practice of Breeding Dogs and Cats, section 9.1.4 pg 24.
As quoted in the Code of Practice:
'All dogs and cats re-homed must be microchipped, and treated to remove gastrointestinal parasites prior to release.'
Every cavoodle that leaves our home is micro-chipped, treated with Drontal every 2 weeks and treated with Advocate at 8 weeks, this is displayed on each webpage advertising the puppy (or puppies), it is your responsibility to be aware of these additional, beneficial features that we provide with each puppy.
1.8
We are in accordance with New South Wales Government Industry & Investment Animal Welfare Code of Practice of Breeding Dogs and Cats, section 9.1.2.4 pg. 25.
As quoted in the Code of Practice:
'Desexing of dogs and cats not intended for breeding is strongly encouraged.'
Every cavoodle that leaves our home is not desexed (unless stated in puppies info page), this is displayed on each webpage advertising the puppy (or puppies), it is your responsibility to be aware of this additional, beneficial feature that we provide with each puppy. The confirmation of desexing is displayed on their vaccination card, micro chip form and from a nation-wide desexing tattoo printed in the left ear.
1.9
We are in accordance with New South Wales Government Industry & Investment Animal Welfare Code of Practice of Breeding Dogs and Cats in section 9.1.1.2 pg 24.
As quoted in the Code of Practice:
"Dogs and cats must not be re-homed to people less than 18 years of age."
When applying to become the primary owner of a Puppy, you are also confirming that you are 18 years or older, if not, you are not eligible to become a new owner and need not enquire.
We are in accordance with New South Wales Government Industry & Investment Animal Welfare Code of Practice of Breeding Dogs and Cats in section 9.1.1.2 pg 24.
As quoted in the code of practice:
'Puppies and kittens must not be re-homed before they are 8 weeks of age.'
Every puppy that is delivered to their new home is over 8 weeks of age, this is displayed on each webpage advertising the puppy (or puppies), it is your responsibility to be aware of this information.
Section 2
2.1
For all puppies that are boarding, the puppy's fees must be paid in full 14 days prior to the time the puppy is 9 weeks of age (exactly), failure to complete this will result in a termination fee of $500 for domestic purchases and $2500 plus the flight cost for international purchases and your puppy will be available for others to purchase. This includes boarding fees (and if applicable, second vaccination and advocate treatment fee, travel fee see clause 2.2 for more details) to be paid 14 days prior to when the puppy is 9 weeks of age.
So that you, the purchaser, are aware of this policy, we state it in the adoption email that the boarding fees must be paid 14 days prior to the delivery date that is set for when the puppy is 9 weeks old. We will notify you when you have lost all rights to the puppy and a termination fee of $500 for domestic purchases and $2500 plus the flight cost for international purchase.
It is your responsibility to be aware of this by reading our email or our Terms & Conditions - both of which is assumed understood by Cavoodle Puppies Australia when payment has been paid.
2.2
Holding a puppy longer than the stated date of arrival set is an available option to new owners, however boarding fees apply (please enquire for a quote on price). This must be confirmed in writing (email) in order for this to be an option, we request you notify us of this at least 2 weeks prior to when the puppy's original date of travel is set.
Please note: if we are holding your puppy longer than one week, your puppy will be due for their second vaccination, second advocate treatment and veterinarian health check which will incur a fee (guide: $150).
2.3
If you require your puppy to be flown to your destination, we can organise flight travel to your closest major airport. The animal transport company has a service that they offer in which they can have your puppy delivered to your door; if this is something you are interested in, let us know and we can organise this or you can contact Jet Pets and quote the reference number I have provided you with to organise this yourself (this service will incur a fee that we will confirm with you at the time of enquiry or Jet Pets will when they are in contact)
2.4
All puppies that are being flown will travel in a purchased crate that you can keep.If a crate cannot be obtained a hire crate will be used.
2.5
If you are not available to collect your puppy at the time specified, please contact us immediately, if we have another delivery date set already you may have this as an available option (please note: statement 2.1 will be in place). However, if we do not have another date set or the alternative date set is not acceptable, we may be able to individually deliver your puppy to you on the day that we mutually agree upon for a fee.
If you reside in NSW the meeting will be at our own chosen destination in Sydney and we will also choose the time of meeting. If you live outside of NSW and require a flight, we may be able to organise this - you must enquire to seek if this is an available option at the time.
2.6
We are in accordance with New South Wales Government Industry & Investment Animal Welfare Code of Practice of Breeding Dogs and Cats in section 9.1.1.6 pg 24.
As quote in the code of practice:
'At the time of purchase, clients must be offered accurate written information at no charge which concerns the care of animals purchased.'
When payment has been received for each puppy, we provide an email containing a link to our own private webpage that contains a comprehensive information sheet on how to welcome your new puppy, this information is a guide only and it's intent is to ease the transition process from our home to yours.
Section 3
3.1
We are in accordance with New South Wales Government Industry & Investment Animal Welfare Code of Practice of Breeding Dogs and Cats in section 9.1.1 pg 24.
As quoted in the Code of Practice:
'If within 3 days a dog is not acceptable to the purchaser for any reason, the breeder is required to take the dog back and refund 50% of the purchase price of the animal.'
Travel costs and administration fees not included.
3.2
We are in accordance with New South Wales Government Industry & Investment Animal Welfare Code of Practice of Breeding Dogs and Cats in section 9.1.1.5 pg 24.
As quoted in the Code of Practice:
'No dog or cat suspected of being sick, injured or diseased may be sold under any circumstances.'
No puppy that we will sell is suspected of being sick, injured or diseased. Our veterinarian performs a health check on every toy cavoodle, so to the best of our knowledge with veterinarian approval, your new puppy is not suspected of being sick, injured or diseased in any form.
3.3
We are in accordance with New South Wales Government Industry & Investment Animal Welfare Code of Practice of Breeding Dogs and Cats in section 9.1.1.2 pg 25.
As quoted in the Code of Practice:
'If within 7 days a dog or cat is not acceptable to the purchaser due to health reasons, excluding injury, and the complaint is supported by a veterinary practitioner, the breeder and the owner should negotiate in good faith to achieve an equitable outcome.'
In the event that a veterinary practitioner finds a health issue in a puppy within 7 days, excluding injury, our only negotiation in 'good faith' will be in the form of a full refund of the purchase price of puppy, less transport fees, upon the agreement that the puppy would be returned within 48 hours. When you are purchasing your puppy and are accepting our terms & conditions, you are acknowledging that this policy and the conditions therein are our only offer in the event that your puppy has a health issue.
In no form will we pay any veterinary costs that are not pre-approved in writing by us that are incurred for the animal at any stage.
We recommend and encourage for all owners to have a veterinarian complete a health check within the 7 days of receiving your puppy for their own peace of mind and to be covered by the above policy, we are not financially liable for this vet check as it is a recommendation only.
Section 4
4.1
Every puppy is the property of Cavoodle Puppies Australia until they have left our premises.
4.2
We reserve the right to alter/edit any of our policies at any time for whatever reason.
The Terms & Conditions set out by Cavoodle Puppies Australia are in place so that our Puppy Adoptive Parents (purchasers) are fairly protected by a trusting Boutique Breeder of Toy Cavoodles.
